The rooftop pool offers fine views of Dubai. The shower floor was moldy, disappointing.

Fantastic and bright rooms with nice view are accompanied by exceptional service.

The triple room was well-maintained with nice view. The food was appetising with variety of choice! All the staff was affable and excellent co-operating, fixed my issues. Location: the hotel was short walk to old and famous markets, and metrostation Gold Souk.

The breakfast has great variety.

I was appalled by the noise from the street traffic all night long. I was disappointed to find that the housekeeping neglected basic cleaning tasks, like not clearing up spilled sugar on the counter. During check-out, they only refunded my security deposit in local currency, which resulted in a poor exchange rate that I found highly frustrating.

the location was convenient, in the restaurant ..., convenient to go everywhere. besides, we were short walk to metro station.

Thoroughly enjoyed every detail about my great 3 nights stay here. It was fantastic, bright and with nice view. The service was exceptional and the pool was amazing. The setting was peaceful, next to Gold souk metro and bus station, and Gold souk metro...

The hotel features a modern design with helpful and genuinely friendly staff. I particularly enjoyed the clean rooms and the convenient access to local attractions.

Although the overall experience was pleasant, the breakfast options were disappointing and felt lacking in variety and freshness, something to consider.

No bellboy service!!! I had to lug my bags all by myself, quite unacceptable in a hotel of this caliber. The refrigerator failed to chill my drinks adequately, which could be improved!!!

A beautifully modern hotel with a good rooftop pool offering amazing views. While the room was clean and well-equipped, some minor cleanliness issues in the shower were noted. Still, the staff's friendliness and efficiency were great.

The Standard Twin Room was clean and pretty modern. The staff, especially Ramesh and Diane, really stood out for being super helpful. I liked that they provided bottled water daily if you asked. The only not-so-great part was the location. It wasn't the most convenient, but it's just a quick 5-minute walk to the metro.

Housekeeping requests require attention while amenities exceed expectations.

The check-in process was quick my late check-out request was accommodated. The breakfast has great variety though housekeeping issues arose.
