I was appalled by the noise from the street traffic all night long, making it impossible to sleep. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that the housekeeping neglected basic cleaning tasks, like not clearing up spilled sugar on the counter. Also, during check-out, they only refunded my security deposit in local currency, which resulted in a poor exchange rate that I found highly frustrating.

The Standard Twin Room was clean and pretty modern. The staff, especially Ramesh and Diane, really stood out for being super helpful. I liked that they provided bottled water daily if you asked. The only not-so-great part was the location. it wasn’t the most convenient, but it’s just a quick 5-minute walk to the metro.
